At Gamers Power, we stand behind the quality of our systems and components. All gaming PCs purchased through our website at www.gamers-power.com include a one-year limited hardware warranty, effective from the original date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for the hardware components included in your system at the time of purchase. During the warranty period, if a covered component is found to be defective under normal use, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective part at no cost to you.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, liquid exposure, physical damage, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, modifications, or overclocking. Software issues, viruses, and data loss are also not covered under this warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up all data before returning a system for service.
Warranty service is available only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. To initiate a warranty claim, you must contact our support team at support@gamers-power.com with your order details and a description of the issue. If the claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.
Repairs or replacements provided under this warranty do not extend the original one-year coverage period. Gamers Power’s liability under this warranty is limited strictly to the repair or replacement of defective hardware. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost data, downtime, or business interruption.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary depending on your state of residence.
