Shipping Policy

At Gamers Power, we take pride in delivering your order safely and on time. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days, although custom-built systems may require additional time. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking details so you can follow your shipment.

We offer several shipping methods to meet your needs. Standard ground delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations will be introduced in the near future.

We insure all of our packages, if your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage so that we can resolve the issue quickly thru our shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us immediately so that we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
