All prices on our website are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without prior notice. Product availability is also subject to change, and while we strive to provide accurate pricing and stock information, errors may occur. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed with incorrect pricing or stock details.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All payments must be authorized at the time of checkout before an order is processed.

Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has shipped, it becomes subject to our Return and Refund Policy. Customers who wish to cancel after shipment must follow the return process outlined in that policy.

All systems purchased from Gamers Power include a two-year limited hardware warranty. This warranty covers hardware defects but does not extend to physical damage, overclocking, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost data, downtime, or missed work.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. By using our services, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of U.S. courts for the resolution of any disputes that may arise under these terms.
