At Gamers Power, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return within 15 of receiving your product. All standard returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which helps us cover inspection and processing costs. This fee does not apply if the returned item is confirmed to have defective hardware after our evaluation.

Returned products must be in the same condition as they were delivered and must include the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you keep your original box, as shipping items back in alternate packaging may result in additional charges or even a denial of the refund if the product arrives damaged or incomplete.

Shipping charges, including both the original delivery costs and the return shipping costs, are non-refundable. If the original box is not available, additional packaging fees may apply, and any damage incurred during return shipping may result in further charges or the return being denied.

To initiate a return, you must contact our support team at support@gamers-power.com within 15 days of delivery. If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

Certain items are not eligible for return. Opened accessories such as keyboards, mice, and headsets cannot be returned unless they are defective. Digital goods, custom hardware, and personalized builds are also non-returnable unless they contain a verified manufacturing defect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that banks and payment processors may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

We encourage all customers to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery. If you discover a defect, damage, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
